• Acceptance Notification: 1 July 2025
• Full Paper Submission Deadline: 15 Oct 2025
• Power point Submission Deadline: 1 Nov 2025
Abstract & Full Paper submission to include:
• Name of presenter (underline family name)
• Mailing address and country
• E-mail address, phone number
• Organisation & department represented
• Title of paper typed in CAPITAL LETTERS
• 200-300 words using MS Word (A4) for an abstract
• About 10 pages using MS Word (A4) for a full paper
Abstract & Full Paper format:
– Must be submitted and presented in English
– Typeset 10 point, Arial font
– Text in single-spaced only
– Abstract and papers must not have been previously published
– Authors participating in “Best Paper Awards” must submit full papers by 15 September 2025
